Should I send my IT Resume as a PDF or Word document?

When submitting a resume via an applicant tracking system, I suggest using a Word document. Applicant Tracking Systems, (ATS), pull the data from your resume in predetermined fields which a Word document is most suitable for. When emailing your resume or sending it through any other means a PDF is best.
