The IT Project Manager is responsible for taking a project throughout the 4 phases of the project management life cycle which includes initiation, planning, execution, and closure. Project Managers in IT usually specialize in projects around Application Development, Cyber Security, Business Intelligence, PMO (The Project Mangement Office), Infrastructure (Networks and Systems), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) etc.
